Weekly highlight content program for a Las Vegas youth sports league.

The brief

Nevada Youth Sports needed a weekly highlight content program that would (a) become a fan-facing destination on social, (b) demonstrate sponsorship value to existing partners, and (c) attract new sponsorship inventory. Six divisions, 40+ teams, weekly schedule — and the content had to ship before parents and players had moved on to the next week's hype.

What we built

A weekly Top 5 highlight package across multiple NYS divisions: Spring ALL, Spring Tackle, summer flag, and seasonal expansion. Each week's deliverables include a hosted intro/outro, 5 ranked highlight clips with on-screen graphics, one full-length aggregate cut, and division-specific cutdowns for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. ~12 unique content pieces shipped per week when you count cross-platform cutdowns and athlete-feature spinoffs.

How we ship same-day

Reels on Wheels rolls to the venue. Live capture, edit-in-trailer, on-camera host record before crews leave the field, motion graphics applied during the drive home, delivery same evening or following morning depending on game-day schedule. Standard turnaround: 18-24 hours from final whistle to social-ready content, vs. the 7-14 day industry standard for youth sports highlight programs.
